Understanding Your Requirements Our principal Masonic Ladies Festival Photographer, having held the office of Acting Assistant Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies, is well acquainted with the protocols and etiquette associated with Masonic functions. It goes without saying that he has a wealth of experience as a photographer. As one of the main objectives of your Masonic Ladies Festival is the cause of Charity, we will contribute £50 toward your charity collection at the end of the evening. As might be expected, we pride ourselves not only on our skills as Masonic Ladies Night Photographers, but also on our people skills, which are utilised during the portrait session as an 'icebreaker' to help your guests to relax and commence their enjoyment of the evening. It's an unfortunate fact that the quality of Masonic Ladies Night Photography is, by and large, quite poor. Indeed, some guests are reluctant to even pose for yet another bad photograph to go with all of the others they already have. We DON'T take "snaps" with on-camera flash, as this tends to result in harsh contrasts, bleached-out faces and sharp shadows - and does absolutely nothing to flatter that expensive gown! We DO take studio quality portraits that can be enlarged to 60" x 40" without loss of resolution! Six years of formal full-time training and education in Fine Art ensures that our Masonic photographer has the skills to impart a quality of sophistication, refinement and elegance to your images that will delight your guests. Our portraits are printed at the venue, and are available for as little as £10 each, depending on your package requirements. Every image is digitally optimised before printing - Your Lady guests will love the quality of our photography! We don't take shortcuts with our Ladies Festival Photography - we use the highest quality cameras, and assemble an on-site studio at your venue, complete with professional quality studio lighting units, backdrops and accessories. Every item of equipment is duplicated to ensure that, in the unlikely event of a malfunction, the problem can be immediately rectified, eliminating the possibility of disappointment. Our studio arrangement helps to add that special touch of sophistication to your evening. Our photographs are printed and sold at the venue as 9"x 6" prints as standard, using high-speed lab quality printers. We don't use inferior inkjet or laser printers. Each photograph is presented in a high quality folder mount. A comprehensive range of reprints, enlargements and beautiful canvas wraps may be purchased online from our website from the day following the event. Your guarantee of our quality is the fact that we won't charge you for our attendance - we're more than happy to rely solely on the sale of photographs on the night which are available, as we said, for as little as £10 each. Your guests will be under no obligation whatsoever to buy. Free Photograph and DVD for the WM We provide the Worshipful Master or organiser with a free mounted print of their choice at the end of the evening. We also provide the Worshipful Master with a DVD containing a beautiful animated souvenir slideshow presentation of their Masonic Ladies Night Photography - a large selection of the photographs taken, with a background music track. Your DVD will be beautifully formatted with personalised titles, and plays on any computer or TV via a DVD player. What Does All This Cost? Nothing ! Our Masonic Ladies Evening Photography service includes a waiver of our normal booking fee of £150, and there is nothing else to be paid by the Lodge. We're more than happy to rely solely on the sales of our photographs that quality brings. Our Cash Donation to Your Charity Appeal As mentioned above, we'll contribute £50 toward the Worshipful Masters charity appeal at the end of the evening. This is unconditional, and does not depend on sales of our Ladies Evening Photography. This donation applies to bookings for dates during 2010/11. Availability of dates is limited, so Masonic Ladies Festival Secretaries are advised to please book as early as possible - we are already taking Masonic Ladies Festival Photography bookings for 2011, 2012 and 2013. Areas Covered WE CAN OPERATE ANYWHERE throughout the United Kingdom. We are based in Central England, and are ideally placed to travel to your venue wherever that might be, subject to sufficient numbers of guests attending. Venue Requirements We can operate successfully in a relatively small area, but, ideally, we like to have an area of minimum size 5m x 5m (15ft x 15ft) or larger which is not part of a thoroughfare for our Masonic Ladies Night Photography. We can liaise with the venue owners on your behalf in this respect. We're happy to photograph subjects for your Masonic Photography against an existing background at the venue such as a stairway, window, fireplace, drapes, arch or other architectural feature, and always bring a range of quality professional backdrops and studio lighting to cater for any eventuality. |
